- Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets.
- Sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services/investment opportunities on the individual:
- Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts.
- Implementing cross-selling and other relationship-building activities, and prioritize activities based on the level of existing/potential business and revenue contribution of clients in assigned portfolio.
- Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable financial and investment products and services for them to achieve their personal financial and investment objectives.
- Participating in promotional activities/events for client acquisition.
- Achieve agreed sales initiatives.
- Relationship building and management.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses on local equities, bonds, and other investment instruments through market specialists; conduct follow-up calls/visits to assist them in their investment decisions.
- Conduct regular checks on market trends and competitors program offerings and activities and initiate efforts to increase the attractiveness of EWB program/product differentiation against its competitors.
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Practice service excellence in handling customer issues, complaints, and product inquiries in a timely, problem-free, and responsive manner.
- Provide a high level of professionalism in conducting financial analysis and profiling with customers.
- Recommend improvements in operational processes, procedures, and products based on monitoring of customer feedback to ensure constant enhancement of service levels and efficiency.
