Sr Manager, Project Management

• Lead, plan and implement projects which includes defining project scope, goals, budget, and deliverables, with full scale project plans. Manage project resource requirements and allocation. Monitoring and tracking progress and completion of projects or initiatives.
• Influences key partners to achieve key deliverables on time and within plan, develop relationships within the company to complete assigned projects.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables.
• Resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes as it relates to project delivery.
• Provide direction and support to project stakeholders and teams involved in projects or initiatives.
• Assume overall responsibility of migrating work from other local markets, including scoping of work and headcount requirements.
• Work in collaboration with Team heads & leads to ensure the work is transitioned to the right team.
• Ensuring appropriate Intra-Group KPI’s and Service Level Agreements are in place and are reviewed as required.
• Engage with different stakeholders to identify areas of improvements.
• Assist Team heads in Global projects/ process re-engineering/initiatives.
• Assist teams in finalizing standard operating procedures/workflows for processes migrated.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent and excellent migration activities.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business related.
• Fluency of English (verbal & written)
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multidimensional transitions in SSC environments.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of following through on commitments.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Team Player, able to work effectively with others.
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive information in line with confidentiality expectations.
• Ability to manoeuvre and lead teams in ambiguous situations, ability to resolve and respond effectively without knowing the total picture.
