We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage our Security Operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing security event monitoring, incident response, and cyber intelligence activities, ensuring the timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of security threats. The position also includes managing IT systems and infrastructure, driving compliance initiatives, and supporting innovation and digital transformation within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations: Lead and manage the Security Operations team, ensuring effective performance and continuous improvement. Oversee 24/7 monitoring, investigation, and escalation of security incidents. Ensure timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of security threats. Track and report service level objectives (SLAs/SLOs) in alignment with client contracts. Technical Support - Internal: Manage the installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems, hardware, software, and security infrastructure. Collaborate with the executive team to develop initiatives that enhance security and ensure compliance with regulations such as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure efficient and effective support for internal users. Technical Support - External: Provide leadership to the Service Support Delivery team, ensuring SLA/SLO compliance across client projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, and Business Development teams to design and implement support workflows. Establish and maintain high-quality service processes for complaint handling and problem resolution. Manage external support and helpdesk teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations and technical support leadership. College Graduate With Certification in Cybersecurity Background in Cybersecurity is a must Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident response, and IT infrastructure. Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. At least 10 years of Experience with SLA/SLO tracking and reporting. Knowledgeable with compliance standards and digital transformation initiatives. Willing to work onsite, our office is located at Zuellig Building Paseo De Roxas cor. Makati Ave., Makati City Office hours are from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday Show more Show less
