- Plan and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Write and edit content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
- Coordinate with designers or freelancers for creative assets
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Support SEO initiatives by optimising content for search engines
- Assist with marketing events and promotions
- Keep marketing templates, files, and assets organised
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content coordination (internship or freelance work is considered)
- Strong writing skills for short, engaging captions and basic ad copy
- Familiarity with Canva, Buffer or Later, and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and reporting
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment
- Bonus: Basic SEO knowledge or experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
