Costing and Delivery Manager

• Process and complete budgetary quotes. Ensure both, optimal pricing and customer requirements, are considered. This to avoid quote reopening. • Process and complete firm quotes liaise with providers to ensure the purchase price and service availability are correct and adjust in Salesforce if needed. • Ensure quotes are delivered in time according to GIN standards (based on set KPI’s) and that all relevant providers are checked. • Ensure that quotes are completed with accuracy, using the correct products, details and price.

• Verify that all the details of the order are correct (address, price, additional specifications, etc.).

• When possible, negotiate purchase prices before placing the order with a provider in order to contribute to Globalinternet’s install base and quote to order discount target.

• Manage the full-service delivery process from the moment an order is confirmed. This includes the coordination between customer end user and provider and the on-site appointments and installation process. You'll assure that agreed lead times are met and expectations are managed with the customer and customer is timely updated on the progress.

• Keep the control over the communication between customer and provider during the delivery process, always providing clear and frequent updates.

• Ensure estimated delivery dates (EDD) is updated
• College Graduate
• 1-3 years work experience preferred but not required
• Knowledgeable in telecommunications and suppliers management background is an advantage
• Attentive to details
• Excellent business communication
• Can work in the morning shift 9am-6pm
• Good work ethics
• Able to use Microsoft applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook etc
