About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to manage stock accuracy, optimize warehouse operations, and ensure efficient inventory control processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in high-volume warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities (Summary) Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock integrity Implement and monitor inventory control procedures (FIFO, cycle counting, reconciliation) Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for efficiency Track and analyze inventory data to support operational decisions Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth stock movement and availability Qualifications & Requirements Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field At least 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management Proven experience in: Stock control procedures (FIFO, cycle counting, reconciliation) Handling high-volume SKU environments Strong knowledge of inventory systems (WMS, barcode systems is a plus) Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Additional Information: Work setup: On-site (Subangdaku, Mandaue Office) Preferably Cebu-based candidates Can start ASAP Open to any shift schedule With rice and clothing allowance HMO benefits included Open to any shift assignment
