What will you do as Channel Logistics Assistant (Admin Assistant):
  • Checks and submits DTR summaries (lates, absences, leaves) of salesforce to HR monthly.
  • Reviews salesforce transportation and communications liquidation; submits non-compliance list to HR monthly.
  • Reviews salesforce expense reports and submits to Finance within set turnaround time.
  • Prepares and sends monthly budget monitoring to Region Heads and Channel leaders; flags overspending areas.
  • Handles release on business forms, supplies, corporate giveaways and equipment (e.g. infocus) to Bancassurance salesforce
  • Assists in clearance routing for resigned BSOs with HR.
  • Assists on the logistical preparation during training and events of Bancassurance Channel to ensure smooth and worry-free training and events.
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferably in Business Management, Business Administration or any-related course
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Must be good in oral and written communications
  • Must be able to deal with different personalities
  • Must manage tasks based on communicated priorities
  • Organized record-keeper
  • Process and detail-oriented
  • Result and people-oriented
  • Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Admin function
