What Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal HealthLearning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning.Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices preferred
  • Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams
  • Experience in working in business systems such as RGH, OIT and ICON, preferred
  • Strong understanding of at-Home Solutions Edgepark products, processes and functions, preferred
