Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Tagum. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and evaluating team performance, training and mentoring team members, developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
