- Screen, source, and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles (especially for Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech-adjacent positions).
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or Workday).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS and ensure compliance with local labor regulations (e.g., DOLE guidelines).
- Support onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn engagement, campus outreach).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR operations experience — preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting.
