- Have experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
- Can support workflows using Zapier, Make.com or n8n
- Understand how a process works from A to Z
- Can map, track and improve internal systems
- Know some Node.js, React and want to grow in full - stack or AI automation
- Support and build automated workflows across platforms (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs)
- Use Zapier, Make or n8n to streamline repetitive tasks
- Script API- based logic using Node.js and support UI work with React
- Help manage and improve internal processes with basic coordination
- Use AI tools to automate tasks, parse data or simplify workflows through prompt engineering
- Map out task flows and dependencies and collaborate on SOPs with operations team
- Document systems and assist in QA/testing automations before launch
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, React and automation tools
- Experience mapping workflows or supporting a project team
- Ability to understand processes and identify where automation fits
- Exposure to API's, webhooks and prompt engineering
- Strong problem- solving skills
- Bonus : Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Hubspot) Notion or Wordpress
- 25,000-35,000 starting salary
