- Lead the overall TikTok livestream e-commerce strategy, annual planning, and growth roadmap.
- Oversee livestream strategies, script frameworks, speaking guidelines, and conversion optimization.
- Manage and develop the operations team: recruitment, training, KPI setting, performance management, and capability building.
- Build and optimize livestream SOPs; ensure end-to-end quality across execution, content, flow, and host performance.
- Own core business targets (GMV, conversion rate, ROI, traffic growth, etc.) and continuously optimize operational models.
- Lead weekly/monthly business reviews; identify key insights and drive strategic improvements.
- Act as the senior-level liaison with brand partners, overseeing strategic communication and planning.
- Deliver professional plans including growth strategy, campaign planning, category insights, and content direction.
- Influence and drive brand partners to execute recommended strategies to achieve commercial goals.
- Lead weekly/monthly business meetings, providing high-quality reports and strategic recommendations.
- Serve as the company's senior representative to TikTok, securing resources and official support.
- Monitor campaign submissions, campaign reviews, and category strategy discussions.
- Monitor brand health performance (bi-weekly) and participate in TikTok's growth initiatives.
- Track industry trends and platform updates to guide internal strategy innovation.
- Bachelor's degree or above from a Top 10 university in the Philippines
- 5+ years of management-level experience in e-commerce, brand operations, or TikTok-related roles.
- Strong preference for candidates from ByteDance, Shopee, or major brands' e-commerce divisions.
- Deep understanding of TikTok e-commerce ecosystem and livestream commerce structure.
- Proven experience leading teams and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and structured communication skills.
- Capable of high-level external communication with brand executives and TikTok team.
- Proficient in English
