Role : Medical Coder (ProFee) Active 1 Shift : Day Shift and weekends off Location : McKinley, Taguig City / Hybrid/ Onsite / Remote Job Description : Responsibilities : Responsible for assignment of medical coding by abstracting and review of the medical documentation according to the organization's Physician Resources coding guidements, payer guidance and policies along with governmental regulations pertaining to coding and documentation. The professional coder is expected to provide quality review and analysis of the medical documentation to ensure accuracy of coding. The professional coder is expected to possess a high-level of intergrity, requires a combination of computer skills, organization, thoroughness, and knowledge of medical coding principles to perform duties effectively. Qualifications : Bachelors' Degree or any equivalent work related experience is required for the role At least 2 years of professional experience in professional coding in a multispecialty environment. Experience in Evaluation and Management coding (E/M). MUST HAVE : AHIMA or AAPC coding credentials (CPC, CCS) Work Arrangement : Permanent work from home set-up (after training) Transportation and accommodation during the duration of the training.
