Be one of our Poppin new recruits for Popeyes! We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager that can help us promote an enjoyable dining experience with excellent guest experience. As the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the restaurant's operations, from sales and cost management to employee retention and customer satisfaction. This role is not just about managing, youll also be coaching and mentoring the team to bring the best out of them, keeping tabs on the quality of the food and service, and making sure everyone's working together. Ensures smooth daily restaurant operations while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. Achieves sales, labor, and food cost targets through effective resource and expense management. Implements company programs, policies, and operational standards to ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Oversees inventory control, cash handling, and cost efficiency to maximize profitability. Leads, coaches, and motivates team members to deliver excellent performance and uphold service standards. Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, maintaining service quality, and fostering brand loyalty. Promotes a positive work culture that supports teamwork, compliance, and continuous improvement.
