General Description: Quality Management Auditor is the systematic examination of an organization's quality management system (QMS). Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Quality Management audit in Potato Corner stores covering the entire operational standards and food safety. Responsible for coaching all Potato Corner Service Crew in relation to store operations, food safety, and standards. Conduct Potato Corner store operations orientation and food safety standards to all crew levels. Perform audit analysis and timely submission of reports. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Assures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Specific Education Requirement: The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Food Technology, or any related course. Work Experience Requirement: Experienced in quality assurance, quality management, store quality, audit, and Quick Services Restaurant operations. Willing to perform store visits.
