Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Philippines is recruiting on behalf of healthcare company that provides world-class technology-enabled revenue cycle management and related business solutions for hospital-based physician specialties. They are seeking for a Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Manager that will oversee and ensure strong, long-term relationships with Anesthesia Medicine (AM) and Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine (EM/HM) clients. This role involves monitoring operational and business services for clients, assessing AM performance, and addressing issues as needed.Job responsibilities: * Monitor client performance and establish mechanisms to maintain successful relationships with client leadership, physicians, hospitals, and provider partners.
  • Utilize the company's key performance indicator tools and analytics to manage and report on client performance.
  • Analyze client results to identify revenue cycle issues and collaborate with Operations and Revenue Cycle Management teams on solutions.
  • Develop plans to ensure clients meet service level agreement standards and lead remediation efforts when necessary.
  • Conduct structured operational and management services reviews for clients, presenting insights regularly.
  • Coach and support Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Managers to exceed expectations.
  • Implement new client programs and initiatives effectively.
  • Build positive relationships within the team and address client concerns promptly.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years in Provider Enrollment and Credentialing preferred.
  • Proven success in client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in handling client communications and tasks.
  • Decision-making ability supported by data and collaboration.
