As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:· Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers· Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines· Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team· Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication· Build rapport and close deals confidently — we don’t chase, we lead· Respond to objections and queries with tact· Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required)· Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of the clientIn a nutshell, you have won the day when you make customers happy with your best and excellent service!A BIT ABOUT YOU· Excellent spoken and written English — must sound confident, clear, and natural· Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text)· Strong quoting and negotiation skills — you know how to close without pushiness· Attention to detail — every quote and job must be 100% accurate· High emotional intelligence — can read a situation and adjust tone/style accordingly· Confident, macho-style communication personality (think sales with flair)· Proficient with web-based tools like CRMs, JustCall, Podium, etc.· Availability to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)WHAT WE VALUEWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:· Curious and Clever: Smart questions spark smart solutions.· Entrepreneurial Energy: Think like an owner.
