Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers. Qualifications Can visit Ortigas site for Face to Face Interview ONLY. Amenable to working on-site Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts) Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status 18 years old and above At least Conversant / Basic English Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
