- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management, minimum two (2) years experience
- Thorough understanding of Sales/marketing and negotiating techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace and Other Sales Tools
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
