Work Engagement: Permanent Role Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City Key Responsibilities: Copywriting & Editing: Write, review, and refine short- and long-form copy for social media posts, blogs, campaigns, websites and EDMs, ensuring accuracy, relevancy and alignment with brand voice. Content Optimisation: Tailor messaging to suit different platforms and formats (e.g. Facebook carousels, Instagram Reel captions, LinkedIn thought-leadership posts), optimising for engagement and audience needs. Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and the social media team to ideate concepts and produce copy that complements visuals and multimedia assets. Support quick-turnaround content when required. Research & Fact-checking: Conduct SEO research and translate healthcare information into accessible, audience-friendly content. Verify accuracy through thorough crosschecking and coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date on social trends, competitor activity, cultural nuances, and current affairs in Singapore to keep content timely and relevant. Performance Insights: Review content performance with the social and digital teams to understand audience response and apply insights to improve future copy. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in copywriting, social media, or digital marketing roles Strong command of English, with proven ability to deliver persuasive, engaging, and error-free copy Experience writing for multiple digital platforms, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platform best practices Working knowledge of creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging content Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or medical terminology is a plus
