This role requires a proactive, organized individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.Key Responsibilities:-Welcome patients to the clinic with a warm, enthusiastic attitude, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.-Efficiently manage patient schedules, follow-ups, and appointments to optimize clinic workflow and patient satisfaction.-Oversee the maintenance of financial records, including the preparation of patient billing, management of sales and expense books, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.-Prepare and submit BIR forms for suppliers and manage the issuance of payment checks, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.-Keep meticulous track of all clinic records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.-Lead and manage the clinic staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring staff adhere to clinic policies and standards of care.-Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.-Coordinate with the clinic management team to develop and implement strategies for clinic growth and improvement.-Handle patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring patient satisfaction.-Ensure the clinic environment is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
