- 1–2 years of experience as a US Account Manager
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective support.
- Communicate progress on requirements clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through our solutions.
- Prepare account status reports and updates.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, adhering to SLA guidelines, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Anticipate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to align on client goals and expectations.
- Conduct client check-ins to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in products and services.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
