- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-cycle enterprise deals
- Experience with sales methodologies and CRM platforms
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable and resilient mindset capable of navigating complex organizational structures
