Job Description As a Customer Service Representative , you will deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will involve promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction. Here s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Full-time Shift: Shifting Work setup: Hybrid, Metro Manila What do you need to succeed Bachelor's degree or above Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous. Mandarin proficiency is required A sense of responsibility and team work spirit. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation. Passionate for the customer service industry and can work under different work shift, including night shifts.
