Join our dynamic team and become part of a company that truly values its people and their contributions to building a more connected world.This is a hybrid role based at our ASW office in BGC, you will be required to work full-time on-site during your probation period. Afterwards, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home with standard working hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Philippine time) to align with Australian business hours.Key Responsibilities
  • Fully administer and escalate jobs through the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Provide product application, operating system, server and hardware support to our customers by responding to their queries and assisting them in finding solutions via the Ticketing system, emails and phone calls.
  • Remote access to Customer desktops/servers and resolve system issues and/or customer enquiries.
  • Performing regular maintenance of systems and software
  • Establishing positive customer rapport and building customer confidence
  • Recovery of Systems in the event of a disaster.
  • Installation and configuration of new Systems, Servers and desktops
  • Supporting Telecommunications infrastructure both internally and with Customers.
  • Options available for creating and maintaining Scripts in PowerShell and/or Web development
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-side problems
  • Must be proactively minded, flexible and have excellent customer-facing skills. The ability to work in a technical support role, as well as that of front-line customer service
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills both written and Verbal
  • A desire to learn and the ability to grasp new concepts
  • A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with Windows networking and TCP/IP connectivity
  • Tertiary IT qualification or experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive), Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, GPO Management, Windows Server 2003-2022
  • Previous experience with IT asset management, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Backup and disaster recovery and scripting (Powershell or Batch) highly desirable.
