- Execute business initiatives with precision while maintaining organizational systems and processes
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential gaps before they impact operations
- Draft and manage high-level communications, ensuring clear and professional correspondence
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to prevent initiatives from stalling
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a business-focused executive assistant.
- Demonstrated proactive work style with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal oversight.
- Proven experience managing complex executive calendars using digital scheduling tools.
- Strong proficiency in professional email communication, including inbox management and triage.
- Experience with task tracking and building systematic follow-up and reminder processes.
- Ability to organize and maintain professional documents, including presentations, contracts, and business briefs.
- Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
- Some college coursework or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Prior experience supporting founders or C-suite executives is a plus.
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or startup environments is preferred.
