CAD Operator

• Preparation of CAD shop drawings as required for purposes of presentation, securing permits, construction, shop, and as-built drawings.
• Responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings.
• Conduct actual shop visit/ ocular site survey, measurement for the existing space/ site conditions to determine if construction or installation of work execution is based on plan drawing.
• Assists his immediate superior in the preparation of shop design with coordination with the lessor's designer to ensure shop design is according to approved design guidelines.
• Preparation of budget estimates, bidding of contractions, and canvassing purchasing assistance when needed.
• Pick up standard drawing and draw/ revise plan drawings based on site conditions.
• Communicate with engineers and contractors to ensure that the drawings are accurate and meet the project requirements.
• Maintained a data database of drawings and ensured the proper filing of drawings.
