Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers to achieve client retention and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as an escalation point for key accounts.
Conduct regular Client Business Reviews (CBRs) to assess performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with client goals.
Develop account strategies that foster business expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Provide insights and reporting on account performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales (5+ years), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record of managing client relationships and conducting business reviews.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willing to work onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
