Role & responsibilities:

Own end-to-end AI voice solution design by translating client business problems into scalable, enterprise-ready architectures and clear value propositions.
Lead client-facing discovery and solutioning sessions, including whiteboarding with senior stakeholders, to identify high-impact AI voice use cases.
Define the complete technical blueprint for each engagement-covering system architecture, integrations, APIs, authentication, and overall solution flow.
Design and guide agentic AI behavior, including LLM usage, voice interactions, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and prompt strategies tailored for voice use cases.
Scope and design integrations with CRM, telephony, ticketing, and data platforms using REST APIs and event-driven communication models.
Collaborate closely with engineering, ML, analytics, and delivery teams to validate feasibility, refine designs, and ensure alignment during build and rollout.
Provide architectural leadership during pilots and production deployments, supporting delivery teams through successful implementation and scale-up.

Support pre-sales and growth initiatives, including PoCs, demos, RFP responses, solution accelerators, and contributions to product roadmap enhancements.

Candidate requirements:

4-8 years of relevant experience across solution architecture, AI/ML engineering, or pre-sales engineering roles.
Strong grounding in machine learning concepts and contemporary AI system design.
Solid expertise in enterprise architecture, including API design and large-scale integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
Practical exposure to prompt engineering and designing workflows powered by LLMs.
Proven ability to support consultative sales engagements, working closely with sales teams to shape solutions and drive deal closure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive-level audiences.
