THE OPPORTUNITYOur client, a top U.S.-based provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, and medical compliance services, is seeking a Medical Quality Reviewer to join their growing team. Known for their innovative technology and efficient solutions, they specialize in streamlining record retrieval, online ordering, and e-summaries for the legal and insurance sectors nationwide.In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and accuracy of medical documentation. You'll review reports for completeness, track and maintain records across multiple systems, and handle communications related to patient files. You'll also support compliance with healthcare regulations and assist management in resolving documentation issues. This is an excellent career path for detail-oriented nurses eager to leverage clinical expertise in a non-bedside role-making a behind-the-scenes impact that truly matters.This is a full-time, onsite position based in our BGC office, working the night shift in sync with U.S. Eastern Time (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM PHT).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Audit and verify medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Update and maintain documentation in company systems and databases
  • Manage inquiries and correspondence with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare standards and regulations
  • Assist leadership in identifying and addressing documentation or compliance issues
  • Meet organizational deadlines for report and record submissions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve quality-related concerns
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in documentation
  • Support audit activities and contribute to audit readiness
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Registered Nurses is ideal).
  • Experienced in clerical or administration support for medical or healthcare account
  • Experienced in handling or reviewing medical data or documentation is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written; must be comfortable in taking phone calls and high-volume emails.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to stay focused and adaptable under pressure and shifting priorities
