Support Facility Manager to oversee technical operation, including two commercial building and branches.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure
Supervise and arrangement of repair, maintenance and replacement services
Main contact person for all technical service contractors
Supervise repair and maintenance works of technical team and contractors
Handle defect rectification aspects
Housekeeping for all work document, including quotation/ tender, checklist, completion sheet, photo record ect.
Co-ordinate with Facility Manager and Building Service Engineer to facilitate business needs
Work with different department to fulfill customer procurement procedure & statutory requirements
