Develop, modify, test, and debug source codes for software applications.
Translate credit policies into workable system parameters.
Prepare technical handbooks and documentation for design and source codes.
Identify and resolve bugs to ensure smooth system operation.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Coordinate, design, deliver, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure robust implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and production releases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Java, Python, and MySQL (must-have).
Knowledge of Angular JS, Apache Web Server, Redis Stack, and Azure/AWS (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with the banks Credit Operations process is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical skills in creating and refining computer codes.
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to scope, structure, and resolve complex issues with practical solutions.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; prior team leadership experience is a plus.
