- Monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search and Performance Max
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Set up, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns, targeting, budgets, and creatives
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy testing
- Monitor conversions and campaign performance to improve results over time
- Maintain organised campaign structures and documentation
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on overall marketing strategy
- Support content and creative testing aligned with campaign goals
- Track performance metrics such as cost per lead and campaign ROI
- Previous experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Solid understanding of paid media strategy, optimisation, and performance tracking
- Experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and tools such as SEMrush is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign outcomes
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft or Google Workspace
- Can-do attitude and passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
- Fully remote role working with an Australian time zone (AEST)
- Full-time engagement (40 hours a week)
