We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing, U.S.-based team and bring our brand visuals to life across digital platforms.You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling, on-brand graphics that elevate the customer experience—from social media and emails to web and packaging design. Design digital assets for eCommerce campaigns, product launches, ads, and promotions
Create engaging visuals for social media, email marketing, and landing pages
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop cohesive visual identities
Ensure consistency in tone, typography, and color palette across all materials
Adapt designs based on performance feedback and A/B testing results
Occasionally work on packaging, branding, and print materials
Stay up to date on beauty industry trends and digital design best practices

Requirements3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brandsProven experience working in eCommerce environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing digital campaign design, branding, and product visualsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics a plusEye for detail, aesthetic alignment with luxury or wellness brandsAbility to manage feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingExcellent English communication and collaborative spiritFamiliarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Canva is a bonusBenefitsWork remotely from anywhere in the PhilippinesCollaborate with a passionate, creative team shaping global beauty brandsFlexible work culture that values creativity and innovationCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
