Strategic Planning: Identify training needs and work with fellow senior managers to ensure the team has the right resources for every project. Drive Project Excellence Key Representative: Act as the lead voice for the design team in high-level market meetings and complex regional projects. Hands-on Execution: Maintain project management responsibilities for your specific market while overseeing the wider cluster. Problem Solver: Serve as the main point of contact for resolving design or production issues quickly. Process Innovation: Use and improve digital tools (like SAP and WebCenter) to make our workflows faster and smarter. Protect the Brand Brand Expert: Become the 'go-to' authority for your assigned brands, ensuring every piece of artwork meets global and local standards. Compliance: Review and approve artworks via KOArt, balancing local market needs with brand integrity. Collaboration: Work closely with the TCCC Design team and Production Centres to adapt templates and manage brand exceptions.
