Job Description: Design Indicators System: Define key metrics and build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks Analyze Data Fluctuations: Monitor key metrics and conduct deep-dive analysis on specific issues to identify underlying drivers Make Data-driven Decisions: Data-driven decision-making by identifying, structuring, and executing product and performance analyses A/B Test Evaluation: Design A/B experiment evaluation strategy and indicator matrix to evaluate the effect of the experiments Data Management: Provide recommendations for e-commerce, advertisement, content(video, live stream, etc) for data improvement, quality(accuracy), and efficiency of data Analyze business and algorithm influence and give insights to the PM team & Algo team on how to improve features, models, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields At least 3 years of work experience in data analysis/business analysis Experience with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing evaluation, time series analysis), familiarity with common data analysis methodologies Experience using data access tools, building dashboards and analyses with large datasets and multiple data sources Familiarity with web analytics tools and data visualisation (e.g. Google Data Studio/Lumos/Druid) Experience working with very large data sets and distributed computing (SQL/Hive/Hadoop/MapReduce) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, fast learner and highly organised Experience in the e-commerce or video and live-streaming platforms is preferred
