We are looking for a Zoho Implementation Specialist to help us move our current systems into the Zoho One suite. The focus will be on setting up and customizing Zoho apps, migrating data, and creating simple workflows that fit our business needs.Responsibilities:
  • Migrate our projects from Asana into Zoho Projects/CRM.
  • Import client data from Google Spreadsheets into Zoho CRM.
  • Set up and configure Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Books.
  • Create simple automations and workflows to make processes more efficient.
  • Assist with moving information from QuickBooks, DocuSign, Zoom, Slack, and Calendly into Zoho where possible.
  • Provide basic training and support for team members using Zoho.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho One (especially CRM, Forms, Sign, and Books).
  • Knowledge of data migration (spreadsheets into CRM, project management tools into Zoho).
  • Ability to set up workflows and automations in Zoho.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
