Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Process end-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing of candidates, pre-screening, interview, and onboarding) Work closely with Hiring Managers to assess and evaluate recruitment initiatives Represent the company in recruitment activities such as job fairs, caravans, and the like Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates Prepare Recruitment Reports Attend Calibration / Meetings pertaining to Recruitment and Sourcing activities Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. Qualifications: Bachelors / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 2 years experience in volume hiring in the financial services industry or BPO industry. A self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.
