
Truck Supply Coordinator - Supply Ops, SPX Express (Plaridel, Bulacan)

- Monitor and track daily truck requirements based on volume forecasts, cut-off times, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate directly with accredited trucking partners to secure on-time truck availability and deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of truck arrivals, no-shows, backfills, and exceptions; escalate issues to the Site Truck Supply Lead as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse, linehaul, and operations teams to align truck dispatch with loading timelines and route planning.
- Assist in validating truck documentation (e.g., OR/CR, driver ID, plate number, body number) to ensure compliance with SPX standards.
- Help manage the site's truck roster and support updates on truck inventory and partner assignments.
- Escalate chronic or urgent truck supply issues to the Truck Supply Lead for strategic resolution.
- Support daily truck performance monitoring and contribute to monthly evaluations of trucking partner performance.
- Assist in special projects such as truck pooling, reallocation, and seasonal demand planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, trucking coordination, or supply chain operations; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in working with external vendors or partners.
- Proficiency in basic Google Sheets (e.g., tracking tools, basic formulas).
- Willingness to be deployed onsite and work in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment.
- Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend work as required.
