- Managing complex, multi–time zone calendars
- Handling sensitive information with discretion
- Keeping leaders focused, prepared, and ahead of the game
- Own schedules for multiple executives — no back-and-forth chaos
- Gatekeep inboxes and prioritise what matters
- Coordinate travel and keep logistics seamless
- Stay on top of admin — expenses, meeting prep, follow-ups
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they happen
- Support events & projects when needed
- Keep records organised and processes smooth
- Hybrid working arrangement (required to go to our Makati office at least once a month)
