Directly work with the Accounting Manager to produce reports for management.
Responsible for the management of the full cycle of the accounts receivables process.
Prepares necessary documents needed by the management.
Manage account receivables and generate monthly Sales reports.
Monitor and analyze Sales and related accounts.
Ensure on-time, accurate, and complete billing to clients in accordance with job order arrangements.
Reconcile transactions and balances to minimize disputes.

With Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related course;
Highly proficient in spreadsheet use;
Organized with keen attention to detail;
Deadline-oriented, ensure on-time compliance
