Booked and Branded Studios specializes in the short-term rental (STR) space, blending branding + design to help properties truly stand out. From creating logos and visual identities to full property design and setup, we help clients turn their rentals into unforgettable guest experiences. We're a small but fast-growing business, and we value creativity, initiative, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and follow-up through email, text, and social media
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Researching and finding contractors for projects
- Social media support (posting, light content tasks, engagement)
- General administrative support
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Starting rate: $5.00 USD/hour during a 90-day training period
- After 90 days (if we're a good fit): $6.00 USD/hour
- Bonuses for booked & completed appointments
- Larger bonuses when new clients/projects are secured with your support
- Flexible schedule with some freedom to set your hours, but must be available primarily during U.S. business hours
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems (PipeDrive is a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Owns a reliable computer
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
