- Manage end-to-end projects (clinical and non-clinical) for client initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and compliance purposes
- Drive status update calls with client leadership and act as the primary point of contact
- Mentor team members and build project management capabilities within the team
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare
- People management experience
- Good experience of any of the project management tool e.g. MS Project, ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of the IT infrastructure/SDLC
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively
- Proven solid team-oriented skills and ability to lead cross functional teams
- Proven solid communication skills. Must have prior experience working with onshore clients
- Proven solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Agile experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA or other compliance standards
