General Responsibilities:The Systems Engineer maintains, supports, and optimizes IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. The role involves implementing technical solutions, troubleshooting moderate to complex issues, and contributing to technical projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Associate, etc.) are preferred.Related Work Experience -3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.Demonstrated experience in maintaining and supporting IT systems and networks.Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Aws, Azure), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems.Experience managing macOS environments and integrating them into corporate IT systems.Experience in configuring and managing Mac-based software and hardware.KnowledgeProficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system automation tools.Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancers.Familiarity with Mac-specific tools such as JAMF, Munki, Apple Remote Desktop, and MDM solutions.Understanding of Apple’s security and management protocols, such as FileVault, Gatekeeper, and SIP (System Integrity Protection).SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduateYondu is a Philippine-based IT solutions company owned by Globe Telecom.
