- End-to-End Call Monitoring
- Conducting end-to-end call monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive sales agent behaviors that will drive better and improved results.
- Assess how call conversation/meetings are handled and identify the areas that need improvement.
- Coaching and Training
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for our sales team.
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leads and managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Sales Strategy Enhancement
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand specific team needs and challenges.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members.
- Communication Skills
- Develop and enhance communication skills within the sales team.
- Provide guidance on effective communication strategies for client interactions
- Proven experience and excellent track record as a Sales Coach and Sales Lead
- Proven experience in effectively coaching internal/virtual teams
- Thorough understanding of a high velocity sales process, enterprise sales cycle, sales techniques, sales strategies, and best practices
- Excellent sales, negotiation skills, and objection handling skills
- Knowledge or previous experience in the software industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels in the organization
- Must be motivated, goal oriented with the proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain a high level of collaboration across geographically diverse teams
- Possesses a high degree of honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
