Responsible for the receiving, picking, packing, checking, counting and manual recording of picked stocks.
Ensures correct and complete items based on item description, lot number and quantity reflected on the pick list and delivery receipts.
Ensures that necessary documents are complete and available before the delivery.
Always aim for "perfect picking accuracy", meaning, no missed-out or wrong picking should occur during delivery.
Responsible for put-away of stocks to ensure that all stocks go to the correct bin locations.
Ensure proper observance of receiving requirements and procedure of cold chain items.
Ensures good housekeeping of warehouse area, cleanliness of stocks and packaging materials and ensure that products are properly handled based on Good Warehouse and Distribution
Practices.
Updates the Inventory Controller or QMS & Operations Supervisor for any deviation / concerns regarding on the picking or preparation of stocks. Immediately calls CSRs for concerns relating to the stocks.
Ensures that all pick list and delivery receipts will be signed as acknowledgement of correct picking.
Reports any incident or deviation during their activities.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Operates Fork lift and other Material Handling Equipments to assist in picking , put away and other warehouse activities requiring Forklift and MHE.
Dispatch stocks based on documents and ensures actual matches documents.
Ensure MHEs are properly monitored and maintained.
Overall in charge of warehouse MHEs ensuring parking on designated areas when not in use.
Over all in charge of warehouse processing from receiving, picking, checking, packing, dispatching, SRA and RUD.
Monitor completion of all warehouse process and ensure team adhere to SOP and other GXP requirements.
Motivates and monitors team performance ensuring team members meet DSPI KPI and principal requirement.

At least a High School Diploma or equivalent . College graduate is an advantage but not requirement.
Willing to work in shifting schedule.
Willingness to adhere to assigned clients, safety, and warehouse procedures.
Willing to be assigned in Paranaque.
Ability to lift and carry heavy products for prolonged periods.
Strong time management skills; team player.
Mindset for organization and attention to detail.
With at least 1 year experience as Team Leader
With leadership skills
With Strong organizing , monitoring and planning skills
Good communication skills
Good problem solving and decision making skills
