Job Description Delivering credit verification requirements of credit card or personal loan applications through voice and non-voice actions Conducting tele-verification as per the guidelines provided and submit report -Review card/loan KYC and document requirements Disambiguate file checking results across all databases Responsible to arrive at a decision based on the current policies and guidelines, and acquire mastery of the pre screening, verification, file checking guidelines Inspect/validate/assess the result of the previous credit processes such as prescreening, encoding and file-matching Evaluate creditworthiness and risks Analyze risks and proceed or reject credit card / loan requests Actively participate as a member of a team to move the team towards meeting it&aposs goals; helping other team members as required Supports and adheres to compliance policies, requirements, and expectations Taking responsibility for managing own performance by actively seeking development and feedback, and providing constructive feedback to others Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills and good with data management Ability to make judgmental decisions based on given data.
