Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in the Philippine Office. The Administrative Officer will be r esponsible for managing all financial, human resources, payroll, and administrative functions of the organization. This multi-faceted role ensures sound financial management, compliance with relevant laws, effective employee administration, and smooth office operations. Process and manage employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including statutory deductions and remittances. Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records. Coordinate with the accounting firm for government reporting, tax returns, and statutory contributions. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized and efficient work environment. Supervise administrative support staff and enforce office policies and procedures. Manage inventory and assignment of company-issued devices, ensuring proper documentation, maintenance, and recovery. Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Ensure timely renewal of business permits, licenses, company certifications, and PhilGEPS registration. Serve as the main liaison with government agencies and external auditors for compliance matters. Coordinate with the external accounting firm for the preparation and timely filing of Annual Financial Statements and tax returns. Facilitate onboarding of new employees, including pre-employment requirements, orientation, and issuance of equipment and access. Maintain organized administrative and compliance records to support audits and internal reporting.
