This is not an entry-level or learning-focused role—candidates must be able to ramp up quickly with minimal hand-holding and contribute to MVP-style product builds where speed, iteration, and flexibility are critical. You will work closely with the team’s technical lead, in a fast-moving development environment.Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver production-ready, full-stack web applications end-to-endCollaborate with the technical lead and team to iterate quickly on MVP buildsWrite clean, scalable, and well-documented codeMaintain and deploy production-grade codebasesContribute to architectural decisions and best practices for scalable web appsMinimum Requirements5–10+ years of professional software development experience2+ years of production experience with the following stack:Next.jsTailwind CSS, plus one or more component/UI librariesSupabaseREST APIsPostgreSQLGitProven experience deploying and maintaining production-grade applicationsDeep understanding of full-stack web application architectureExperience with at least one form of state managementPreferred ExperienceReduxGraphQLFamiliarity with Untitled UI component libraryNice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Backend development experience (e.g., Node.js, Flask)
