Human by nature.Every standard you raise, helps our industry flourish.As the Account Manager with our high profile Fragrance customers, you will lead the implementation of the strategy of delivering fragrances to defend the existing business and achieve business growth in close collaboration with the customer, commercial team and the development team and grow the business through the existing customers.You will be based on-site in Pasig City, Philipines and report directly to the Fragrance Director of Philippines.Your role will include:Grow Givaudan Fine Fragrance business in Philippines with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines which includes growing customer relationships and monitoring customer and competitor activity and staying on top of these developmentsBuild engagement with local customers and support our development and perfumery team and work with the regional team to develop the Fragrance segmentDefine account, segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business which includes identifying and creating opportunities for us to participate in targeted briefsDevelop and deliver internal and customer presentationsIdentify customer requirements and follow up on customer submissionCoordinate with other teams to support customer priorities, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resourcesTransition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to productionFollow goals versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate) and take corrective actions if necessaryNegotiate pricing agreements within guidelinesManage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accountsManage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolutionComply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelinesYour professional profile includes:Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering or other relevant field of study5 years working experience in B2B sales FragrancesFluency in English languageDemonstrated experience building pipeline of projects including new wins from customers including experience leading projectsAn entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to lead and grow the businessKnowledgeable of our customers consumer and market trends of fragrancesYou will enjoy:Attractive package with benefitsExcellent opportunities for progressive learning and developmentA creative team environment that will inspire youComprehensive healthcare plansPTO and family leave#LI-OnsiteAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
